Job Role: Customer Service- Gaming Support
Language: Native Thai + English OR Native Vietnamese + English
Job Location: KL Sentral
Shift: 24*7 (9hr operations)
Responsibilities:

• Respond to players' in-game inquiries and provide solutions to issues.
• Handle and resolve related complaints, suggestions, and consultations.
• Engage with the players to gather feedback and enhance player’s satisfaction.
• Monitor and report any game anomalies or issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of existing processes and content.

Minimum Requirement:

• 1 years in CS experience (email support) + Need to play game Genshin Impact ( level 10 or above)
• Request to check have their User ID to check their adventure rank level
