Customer Service Specialist (Electron Industry) - 中文客服专员

Mandarin Language allowance: 500
10, 20, 25 Per day for night shift allowance (Transportation off time)
Working Hours: 24/7 (5 days per week)
Location: KL Sentral area (Malaysia)
Requirements:
-Diploma above
-1 year and above BPO experience (inbound & outbound)
-Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, typing, reading)
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in managing customers via phone call/live chat/email
- Able to speak Chinese and English with neutral accent
- Strong customer service mindset
- Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation)
- Serving 70% Chinese, 20% Malaysian, and 10% English customer
