Salary:RM9,000 + RM900 KPI Allowance
Working Hours:7 AM - 7 PM (Weekends Off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Establish rapport with end-users and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy when handling patient information.
- Communicate effectively with customers and support teams.
- Resolve or escalate customer issues, ensuring complete follow-through.
- Meet performance metrics and service level agreements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development
