Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for cybersecurity systems, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), Endpoint Security, and Server Protection.
• Work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure a smooth pre-sales to post-sales transition.
• Troubleshoot complex security issues remotely or on-site, prioritizing client satisfaction and efficiency.
• Deliver comprehensive training and prepare technical documentation to optimize client use of cybersecurity tools.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest cybersecurity trends and provide proactive client recommendations.
• Regional Travel: Approximately once a month, within Southeast Asia, for critical projects or hands-on support (all expenses covered).

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in cybersecurity-focused post-sales engineering or technical support roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in IAM, 2FA, Endpoint, and Server Security.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional English proficiency, both written and spoken, for effective communication with clients.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or related qualifications are a plus.
• Problem-Solver: Analytical, resourceful, and adept at juggling multiple priorities under pressure.
• Travel Willingness: Ready to travel regionally for projects, around once a month or less.
