Job Summary
Responsible to handle project & services related to customizing Solid Works or create program that is beneficial to the client. Involve in the pre-sales and post-sales support related to Programming and Software assigned.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • To provide excellent software programming and coding for Projects & Services according to specifications.
  • To work on API, programming language and framework to create the program to meet client’s requirements and specifications.
  • To provide software customization using Solid Works API according to the requirement and specifications.
  • To provide quality technical support related to Solid Works application.
  • To provide quality software support in product presentation, technical demo and training.
  • To provide customer visits & scheduled technical update according to the respective client database assigned.
  • To provide hands-on - participating in seminar, workshop and exhibition for the targeted new market.
  • Majoring in - Solid Works API, Solid Works Electrical,Drive Works
  • To ensure company’s resources are well utilized and managed for productivity and returns.
  • Knowing in the latest industry trends. E.g. Web application
  • To perform any other duties that the Management may assign to you from time to time.
  • To consistently promote and practice company’s vision and mission statement, core value and culture to maintain excellent work relationship among staffs and clients.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualification Required:
  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Analytical thinking and able to work under pressure.
  • Fast learner and high intention to details.
  • Willing to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
