Job description
1) Social Media Management (Instagram / Facebook)
- Create Posting (Infographic/Promo/Celebration/Announcement/Notice)

• Develop engaging and visually appealing posts and infographics.
• Promote ongoing promotions or discounts (Check Official Perodua Website/ Social Media for any update).
• Highlight celebrations, milestones, or significant events.

- Copywriting

• Craft compelling captions that resonate with the brand's tone.
• Ensure clarity, relevance, and a call-to-action when necessary (Contact number, location, working hour).

- Respond to Customer Comments or Messages

• Monitor customer comments and messages.
• Discuss any critical comments with the management.

2) Schedule/Planning Content for One Week Early
- Focus Areas:

• Any upcoming celebrations (festivals, holidays).
• Service center closed dates or changes in operation.
• Promotions or rebates from Perodua.
• Sales advisor monthly achievements.
• Ensure a mix of content types (images, videos, text).

3) Running Ads
- Tiktok

• Budget allocate RM 100 per month for Tik Tok ads. (Discuss and inform Bosses for further approval)
• Ensure ads align with the overall marketing strategy.
• Monitor ad performance and make adjustments as needed.

4) Maintaining Website at Hostinger
- Update Latest News/Promo/Information

• Regularly update the website with the latest news.
• Feature ongoing promotions and discounts.
• Provide up-to-date information on products and services.

- Staff Details

• Keep the staff section current with accurate details.

- Maintain Performance

• Regularly check and optimize website performance.
• Ensure all features and links are functional.

5) Google Business
- Check Review and Update to Management

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
• Keep reviews updated on the Google Business profile.
• Discuss any critical reviews or concerns with the management.

Job qualification

• At least Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or any equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Marketing & IT processes.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills to identify Marketing, Social Media & Information Technology (IT) related problems.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Words and other related software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
