Digital Marketing Internship (Bangsar South)

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team at our Bangsar South office and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies.
Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Intern will support the NW Group's Digital Marketing team in various online marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and performance analytics. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email campaigns tailored to our target audience.
Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and others relevant to our industry.
Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
Conduct keyword research and assist in implementing SEO strategies to enhance NW Group's online presence.
Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to reach potential clients and partners.
Analyze performance data from digital marketing efforts and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new creative ideas that align with NW Group’s goals.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide support in other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of SEO/SEM concepts.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to produce engaging content.
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
