Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Admin to manage and grow our online sales platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok, and Grab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, creating product listings, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will assist in creating promotional content such as videos and product photos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Online Storefronts: Handle product listings, descriptions, and pricing across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok, Grab).
- Order Processing: Oversee order fulfillment, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and polite communication.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure that product availability is up-to-date on all platforms.
- Content Creation: Capture product photos, create promotional videos, and update visuals to enhance product listings and marketing campaigns.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate data records of sales, returns, and inventory. Provide regular reports on store performance.
- Marketing & Promotions: Assist in setting up promotions, discounts, and other marketing activities on various platforms to boost sales.
- Stay Updated: Keep track of market trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure listings are optimized and competitive.
- Platform Optimization: Regularly review and improve product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversion rates.
- Education: Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in managing e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok, and Grab platforms.
- Basic photo and video editing skills for content creation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
