Job Responsibilities :

managing high inquiry volumes

with our Team Leaders and Managers

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree with minimum 1 year Customer Service / Call Centre experiences.

• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role? That's a big plus!

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin (speak, read and write)

• Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities

• Prefer candidate who are able to join Immediately and willing to work on Rotation Shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
