• Manage e Commerce platforms - New product listing, maintain product details, product photo editing
• Drive visibility through keyword research, ads, affiliate marketing & listing improvements.
• Plan and execute new product launching & sales campaigns.
• Manage customer's chats to ensure customer's overall satisfaction.
• Manage daily orders and returns.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce industry.
• Computer literate with basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Canva will be added advantage
• Able to work independently, multitask, good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
