Customer Service Representative (ECommerce) Cum Live Streamer Midnight Shift

Job Responsibilities:
  • To handle customer inquiries pertaining to orders, shippings, payments etc via various e Commerce platforms (live chat, instant messaging, mobile, email and/or face-to-face )
  • Handle client e-commerce orders operation based on given instructions.
  • Serve our customers’ needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately and professionally.
  • Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write (type) effectively in the native language
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling
  • A team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in e Commerce such as Shopee and Lazada is a plus.
  • High problem solving skills and eager to learn.
  • Support business in shifts by following the local labor laws.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work during Weekends/ PH
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
  • Fresh graduates who are interested are encouraged to apply
  • Training provided
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Willing and able to work full-time in Batang Kali, Selangor

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
