Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Engineer to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering, with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and technical problem-solving in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Perform engineering tasks related to product development, equipment design, and system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance departments, to identify and solve operational challenges.
• Implement safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and machinery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, technical drawings, and engineering reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projects.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Solid Works, or other CAD software.
• Experience with PLC programming and automation systems (if applicable).
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodology.
• Familiarity with maintenance processes, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO, OSHA, and local safety regulations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
