What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Prepare and update the engineering drawings that have been issued by the Research and Development Department.
• Responsible for analyzing and studying the effectiveness of the component injection process as well as making the OQ (Operation Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification) validation process for each new component on the production floor
• Recommend the process of improvement that is available to the relevant Departments, especially the Production Department.
• Directly involved in the development of new production machines or modification of production machines before being transferred to the Production Department.
• Responsible for analyzing and studying the effectiveness of the set-up of new production machines as well as making process validation IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operation Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) for each machine before being transferred to the Production Department.
• Assist in the improvement and study of existing products and production machines and new products and production machines within the Research and Development Department so that improvements are continuous.
• Involved in the Corrective Action meeting when there is a mismatch in the product or non-compliance in the process running on the production floor or getting a report from the customer.
• Assist in implementing projects under the Research and Development Department under the supervision of the Assistant Manager or Manager.
• Collaborate with all relevant Departments to meet the needs and quality of the customer’s products (Material Meeting, Corrective and Improvement Action Meeting).

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Educational Background:
• At least 1 year experience with a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, OR
• diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point). Solid Works, Catia
• Location: Willingness to work in Kota Damansara, PJ.
