Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager
Location: Selangor, Malaysia
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team immediately. This role involves managing key accounts, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction for large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be comfortable with regular travel to client locations out of station and have a proven track record in account management or sales, particularly within enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction and sustained business.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore potential partnerships.
• Project Management: Oversee client projects to ensure timely and successful delivery, coordinating across teams to meet client requirements and objectives.
• Client Consultation: Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions, continuously identifying opportunities for added value.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and enhance account offerings.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales, and project timelines. Prepare regular reports and forecasts on account status and performance.
• Outstation Travel: Regular travel within and outside the Klang Valley for client meetings as required.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in account management, sales, or a related client-focused role, ideally with experience handling enterprise accounts.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Other Requirements:
• Must possess own transportation.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Selangor, with frequent travel outside Klang Valley.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RM5,000 - RM9,000 (inclusive of allowances)
• Allowances:
• RM700 within Klang Valley
• RM50 toll reimbursement
• Petrol card provided upon confirmation (80/20 pay-and-claim policy before confirmation)

• Commission: Project-based commission structure

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
