Job Responsibilities:

Prospecting and renewal negotiations to achieve higher occupancy rate & rental revenue.
Handle new & renewal tenancy administration related matters.
Update tenant's info and tenancy details in Timberline system.
Liaise with Lawyer on preparation of TA & Litigation.
Liaise with other related departments on any arising issues.
Aware/understand SOPs & any other duties assign by superior.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business Related or equivalent.
Computer literate.
Good communications.
Have good negotiation skills.
Fresh graduates encourage to apply.
Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Willing to work at Kulai.
