Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree or higher in industrial /manufacturing engineering or related field
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Above 10 years of experience in wood manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem solver with an analytical mind and a strong attention to detail
• Expertise in the equipment and production process
• Proficient in spread sheet to analyze production data and create reports to be presented to the decision maker

• Establish an efficient, reasonable and streamline production management system
• Production planning management
• Cost control management
• Production quality management
• Production safety management
• Establish of management constitution
• Preparation of production related plans
