Finance Assistant Manager

· Support the day-to-day operation of the finance department of the company.
· Perform daily account reconciliation on online and offline transactions.
· Perform daily payments of business expenses.
· Prepare and analyse monthly P&L statement of each outlet and overall company consolidated P&L.
· Draft and review new financial policies/SOPs in the organisation.
· Assist with the company's cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
· Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
· Suggest business financial management plans based on the financial forecasts and the analysis of the company's status.
· Liaise with external parties such as suppliers to obtain clarification regarding business relationships.
Requirements:
· Min bachelor degree qualification in accounting / finance / related-field.
· Min 2 years of work experience in related role (fresh graduates will not be considered).
· Strong mathematical skills.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, accounts classification, income statement (profit and loss statement), balance sheet (statement of financial position), and cash flow statement.
· Fluent in Malay and English, both written and spoken.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Suites of Programmes especially Excel.
· Knowledge and experience in using Xero or any cloud-based accounting/finance platforms will be added advantage.
· Malaysia citizenship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
