You will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to our brand’s & community growth. You’ll assist in managing accounts, maintaining financial records, and ensuring our studio runs smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with our team and stakeholders will be essential as you help provide insights for informed decision-making.
As our Finance & Account Senior Associate, you will assist in managing the financial functions of TRIBE and its subsidiaries. You’ll help maintain accurate financial records and support the evaluation of financial opportunities aimed at enhancing TRIBE's competitive position in the market. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their finance skills in a dynamic environment. JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records while ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
  
• Account Management: Support the accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Financial Statements: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as specific reports for various projects.
  
• Support Management: Aid management in tracking financial goals and KPIs, contributing to the overall performance of the business.
  
• Statutory Obligations: Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and accounting standards.
  
• Audit Support: Help manage the audit process by preparing necessary documentation.
  
• Tax Coordination: Support coordination with tax agents for timely submission of tax returns and liaise with relevant parties for compliance.
  
• Bookkeeping: Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including payroll processing and bank reconciliations.
  
• Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to assist in developing budgets and forecasts for new products and revenue opportunities.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
  
• 1 to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
  
• Familiarity with technology and applications—Quick Books, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
