-Please ensure to monitor the job sheet send by operation is within the KPI 21 days after actual time departure (ATD).
-Please ensure to finalize the disbursement account (DA) within the KPI once receive job sheet from operation.
-Please ensure to raise the Account Receivable (AR) billing in Sage & finalize the DA.
-Please check through the principal roe list & billing checklist when process the DA.
-Please ensure the Amount Payable in Port360 is same with the cost input in Sage are tally for each individual DA. If not, please ensure to register the cost on the same month for the da already finalize on the same month.
-Please ensure the selection of the 4 optional field is the same with both Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR) in Sage.
-Please ensure to send the DA to the customer once finalize within 1-2 days through email. If the customer requires hardcopy then will be charge courier fee.
-Please upload the softcopy of DA once send mail out to customer on the same day or the following day in PORT360
-Please ensure to post the AR billing once raise in Sage within 14 days.
-Please ensure to close the WIP (work in progress) & prefund adjustment on all the final DA raise for the month.
-Please run macro to cross check on the close job in order to check the adjustment & journal is close with zero balance on WIP & prefund.
-Please ensure to attend query raise by customer within 24 hrs. If can’t solve please do send holding reply instead.
-Who is handle CTM (Cash to master) please ensure to reply to the email & arrange quotation within the timeframe. Ensure 100% prefund is receive before arranging the actual CTM delivery with the money changer.
-Please ensure to do filing once is needed.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
