As a financial reporting officer, you will be providing timely and accurate management reports and analysis to the organization.
Job Responsibilities

• Downloading daily bank statement/receipts/documents/supporting documents.
• Downloading of transaction statement from merchant’s portal.
• Issuing Invoice/quotation for sale of voucher, printing barcode and stick, follow up payment.
• Process approved payment from bank portal.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.
• Month end closing.

Requirement

• A diploma accounting/ finance or part professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, etc.
• Certifcation: LCCI / Diploma in accounting certificate.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
• Eye for detail and keenness to improve.
• Experience with multi outlet retail/services preferred.

Experience

• Account receivable on outlets collection
• 1-2 years working experience with large transaction details

• Knowledge of Excel
• Strong with mathematics
• Eye for detail and keenness to improve
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work to deadlines

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
