Job Overview:
We are seeking a Forwarding Assistant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for an individual who is a strong communicator, motivated, and keen to assist with various tasks in forwarding operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Forwarding Operations

• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide prompt, clear, and courteous responses in both English and Malay.

• Assist with forwarding operations including booking vessels and coordinating with shipping liners and transporter and warehouse for necessary arrangements.

• Open job folders and assign costs to each folder for accurate tracking.

• Prepare and submit Certificates of Origin (COO) to MICCI & ECTN.

• Maintain accurate data entry in the internal system.

• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with customers, colleagues, and teams.

• Assist the Head of Department (HOD) with tasks and assignments as directed.

• Play a key role in maintaining strong teamwork and clear communication across all departments.

• Resolve any issues and challenges efficiently while maintaining a professional and cooperative environment.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field.

• Languages:

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

• Experience:

• At least 1 year of working experience in logistics or the forwarding industry is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field are welcome to apply.

• Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
