- To source for candidates and to coordinate interview arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of administration pertaining to new employees onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring requirements, make recommendations and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate orientation programme for new employees.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to converse fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Candidate must be willing to work onsite in Kota Damansara, from 9.00AM to 6.00PM
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
