Job Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out duties
• Manage online and phone for room reservations
• Assist and inform guests about payment method for room reservations
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel availability, rates and amenities
• Respond to guest's complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liase with housekeeper to ensure all rooms are clean
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Job Requirements

• Able to work shift morning, afternoon & night.
• 1 year of working experience in similar positions will be an added advantage.
• Able to speak in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Customer service-oriented and strong communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Be familiar with all necessary office equipment software and procedures.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
