Full Stack Developer

You will be part of our development team that has strong experience in agile development
and in-depth knowledge of digital solutions. You will work in a highly productive and
collaborative team where your ideas will be listened to and put into action. This exciting
opportunity would suit a Full-stack Developer who is looking to move upwards and
onwards and is eager to work closely with the development team on interesting and super
cool ideas. You will be collaborating with the Product, Design and Business teams to
develop and maintain digital solutions for our auto finance, jewellery and pawn systems.
Responsibilities
  • Work on full life-cycle web and mobile application projects from requirement gathering to solutioning, development, releasing and post-launch maintenance
  • Work with agile cross functional, cross countries teams to design, develop, maintain web/app application base on specifications and ensure successful releases
  • Support Program Manager to provide consultation and direction to stakeholders for managing and delivering their expectations
  • Be a self-starter, proactively recognise and solve issues as they arise
  • Be motivated in continuous learning and improvement to enhance your skills in an ever-changing environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of programming experience
  • Proficient in both front-end and back-end development, including the database and deployment process to different environment (SIT/UAT/Production) with excellent knowledge in some main programming languages
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and fundamental design principles behind a scalable application on the cloud (AWS/Azure)
  • Comprehensive experience and knowledge of modern development tools and technologies: Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-code
  • Hands-on experience on server setup and maintenance, Dev Ops, and experience working with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) will be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (eg: Adobe Experience Manager, Jahia, Sitefinity, Sitecore, Sharepoint, etc.) will be an advantage
  • Possess Azure Developer (Associate), Azure Solutions Architect (Expert), Azure Dev Ops Engineer (Expert), AWS Developer (Associate), AWS Solutions Architect (Professional), AWS Dev Ops Engineer (Professional) certifications will be an added advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced agile development environment.
Required Technology Stack
Familiar with at least 2-3 technologies in each area:
  • Front-end: React JS, Angular, HTML/CSS
  • Back-end: Java Spring framework, .NET framework, .NET core
  • Middleware: Node JS, Nginx, Tomcat, Web Logic, IIS
  • Database: MS SQL Server, Postgre SQL, My SQL, Azure SQL Database, Azure Database for Postgre SQL, Azure Database for My SQL, Amazon RDS (MS SQL/Postgre SQL/My SQL), Amazon Aurora (Postgre SQL/My SQL)
  • OS: Windows Server, Linux Server
  • IDE/CLI: Visual Studio 2019, npm, maven, nuget
  • CI/CD: Bitbucket/Gitlab, Bamboo/Jenkins, Sonar Qube (code quality inspection), Robot Framework (test automation)
  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, Azure
  • Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Puppet, Ansible
Additional skills:
Javascript (Node JS, Vue JS, React JS j Query), PHP (Laravel), HTML/CSS Frameworks
(Bootstrap), My SQL/Maria DB, hands-on experience with AJAX, j Query, HTML, CSS,
Java Script, Angular 13, and above, cloud services (AWS/MS Azure), serverless concepts,
Docker containers, Micro Services, CI/CD, general IT security concepts and data privacy
awareness, familiar with CI/CD using Jenkins and familiar with cloud deployment on AWS & MS Azure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
