This role responsible for managing the receipt and quality checking of incoming goods, overseeing inventory processes, and preparing materials for production. This role ensures efficient operations within the warehouse and contributes to overall inventory management and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Incoming Quality Checking:

• Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy upon receipt.

2. Multi-Bin Goods Receipt and Putaway:

• Process multi-bin goods receipts and ensure proper putaway of items in designated storage locations.

3. WIP Stock Control:

• Monitor and manage WIP stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies for production.

4. Child Part Preparation:

• Prepare child parts for production according to specifications and schedules.

5. Labeling:

• Print item labels for received goods and attach shipment labels to cartons.

6. Palletizing Cargo:

• Organize and palletize cargo for efficient storage and shipping.

7. Loading Cargo:

• Load cargo into trucks and containers, ensuring safe and secure transport.

8. Export Declaration Requests:

• Complete export declaration requests (K2 forms) as required for shipments.

9. Inventory Management:

• Conduct inventory management activities, including racking and maintaining multi-bin storage systems.

10. Cycle Counting:

• Participate in weekly cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy.

11. Stock Disposal:

• Manage stock disposal processes, including the dismantling of items as necessary.

12. Continuous Improvement:

• Engage in daily and weekly Pro 3M activities to drive operational efficiency and improvement.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
