- Coordinate and maintain database of meetings, site visits and conferences between Top Management and the financial fraternity to ensure the Group maintains rapport with stakeholders.
- Maintain the IR Website and App so that materials are up-to-date, as required by Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market Listing Requirements (MMLR).
- Assist in collating, analysing and preparing Quarterly Results and other presentations for quarterly briefings and investor meetings to ensure materials are up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing a summary of the quarterly analysts’ consensus report to Board and Top Management to ensure they are well informed of the Group’s current market sentiments on the Group.
- Assist in project managing the publication of the Integrated Annual Report, which includes managing the project timeline, monitoring and tracking submissions from other departments, reviewing and copyediting drafts, etc.
- Assist in tracking and mapping company’s compliance with index/regulatory requirements such as FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia Index and Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market Listing Requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred, though a degree in any field with exposure to financial analysis will be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Proficiency in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
