We are a dynamic blockchain tech and digital-based company in Malaysia, currently seeking a Government Grants Application Specialist to help identify, apply for, and manage government grants that align with our innovative goals. This is a part-time or consultant role offering flexible working hours, making it an excellent fit for experienced professionals, including retirees, looking to contribute their expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching available grants, preparing applications, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. If you have experience navigating government grants in the tech and digital sectors, including working with agencies like MDEC, Cradle Fund, MOSTI, and others, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant government grants in Malaysia for tech and digital sectors.
• Prepare, draft, and submit comprehensive grant applications in collaboration with internal teams.
• Track and manage the status of applications and ensure compliance with grant regulations.
• Advise management on funding strategies to maximize opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Deep knowledge of Malaysia’s grant landscape, especially for tech and digital industries.
· Strong familiarity with agencies such as MDEC, Cradle Fund, MOSTI, SME Corp, MATRADE, and MITI.
· Excellent writing and communication skills for crafting compelling grant proposals.
· Meticulous attention to detail in preparing documents, reports, and financial statements.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
· Ability to interpret and apply grant regulations and policies effectively.
· Financial acumen for preparing budgets, tracking fund utilization, and ensuring compliance with funding terms.
· Experience liaising with government agencies and industry stakeholders is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidates:
· Individuals with experience working with government bodies such as MDEC, Cradle, and MOSTI.
· Retirees with relevant experience in government grant applications and related industries are highly encouraged to apply.
