Government Account Manager

Job Scope
  • Responsible for the business development & maintain a good relationship with existing and potential customers to identify new opportunities
  • To assist the growth of the clients’ business through ensuring continuous investment in company’s products, solutions and services.
  • Assuring that the relationship with the client is developed in a way that enables the business growth for both the clients’ and company.
  • Assures that proposed solutions for the client are in line with the clients’ needs, and provide the resource requirement projection.
  • Defining the delivery strategies, together with the delivery & support department for the assigned account.
  • Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer’s enquiry, scheduling appointments, tender participation and after sales service.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Analytics, IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience is a must in government project related to Solution Software and Hardware Sales.
  • Familiar with Government agencies is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with IT Hardware provider such HP, Lenovo, Samsung, Etc is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive team player who is highly motivated and works well within a fast pace environment.
  • Own transport vehicle required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Account management: 5 years (Preferred)

  • English (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 75% (Preferred)
