Job Description

• Establish customer scope/requirement as well as deliverables.
• Study customers’ existing process and provide recommendation based on best practices.
• Assist the end user on the application whenever there is technical issue.
• Able to travel to project sites to provide implementation and support services
• Liaise with principal for technical issue (if required) via email, web support or phone call based on agreed service level agreement.
• Able to prepare implementation plan using both agile and waterfall methodology.
• Monitor and track progress during project implementation
• Manage project artifacts using standardized format and templates, version control and security, timely distribute the documents.
• Conduct the data migration and data archiving process if required.
• Experience in any planning and scheduling system, document management system, risk management system will be an added advantage

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): operating system, strong analytical skills, teamwork skills, Visual Basic.
• MS SQL Server / Oracle is an advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Industry knowledge such as Construction, or Project Management Is an added advantage.
• Experience in IT System in project and information Management related applications.
• Any document control and management system.
• Any Planning and Scheduling tool.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
