Hiring Company - Retail MNC with multiple brands from Singapore
Work Location - Kota Damansara
Salary - Up to MYR 4,800 (Depending on experience and subject to discussions)
Must Haves - Mandarin Speaking & Writing ability is required for content designing / Experience in Retail or Fashion designing is needed / Ability to work on-site
This role will be heavily involved in our in-house products development by leveraging the skill of the graphic designer
Job requirements :
1) Academic qualification : Diploma and above
2) Years of experience : 2 years and above in a Graphic Design role. (With experience in Retail or Fashion designing)
3) Skills : - Responsible, result-oriented, hardworking and honest - Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
4) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
5) Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer trends.
6) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
· Assisting the management in curating color scheme, typography, and layout to cultivate a cohesive and visually appealing on new products
· Ensure consistency and cohesion in visual branding across all touchpoints. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand integrity and alignment with company values.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for visual assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives across company’s websites, social medias platforms and e-commerce channels.
· This phase involves transforming abstract ideas into concrete designs. Designers create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups as visual blueprints for the final product.
· Assisting in researching current fashion trends, understanding the market demographics and brainstorming creative concepts to visually articulate designs concepts
· Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal and align with brand standards. Select and manipulate imagery to effectively convey desired emotions and concepts.
· Monitor competition from a creative point of view and stay abreast of the latest creative success and case studies.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines. Proactively communicate with team members to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
