Key Accountability

• To provide leadership, management and control and responsible for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Ground Operations Department.

• Responsible to interact and coordinate with other service partners at airports and STOL Ports where MW operates to ensure availability of necessary facilities.

• Establish Customer Value Proposition for services provided by Ground Operations.

• Develop and improve customer service and implement quality control on service delivery.

• Plan, develop and execute all Ground Operations activities and projects within financial budget by ensuring optimal cost management and productivity level.

• Plan and develop divisional policies and objectives to ensure smooth implementation of process to achieve desired operational results.

• To plan on procurement of grounds handling services at station where this services is outsourced to third parties and ensure compliance to corporate governance and approved budget.

• Ensure necessary resources in staffing and equipment are available so as not to impact on flight and ground operations.

• Plan, implement and monitor all related safety aspects of operations in order to meet all regulatory requirements and standards.

• Ensure safe, friendly and reliable operations to meet company operational objective.
