Type : 1 year contract (Renewable based performance)
Working Days : 5.5 days a week (Monday- Sunday)
Working hours: Shift A : 9am-6pm & Shift B : 11am/ 12pm - 8pm/9pm
Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.
● Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
● Manage / store customer information on the company system
● Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
● Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed
Requirements :
● Min SPM graduated with at least 3-6 months of Telesales experience (cold calling / making sales via call out)
● Fresh Graduate are most welcome.
● Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business
● Voice clear, fluent and good communication in English and Malay.
● Prefer who able to join IMMEDIATELY
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
