Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and lead all aspects of the resort, including guest services, food and beverage operations, maintenance, sales and marketing, human resources, and financial management.
· Ensure high standards of service are maintained, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
· Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
· Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
· Monitor and control budgets, including labor costs, operational expenses, and inventory management.
· Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local stakeholders to enhance the resort's reputation.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety standards.
· Communicate effectively with both local staff and international guests.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in hotel or resort management, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.
· Strong understanding of hospitality management, financial acumen, and operational oversight.
· Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
· A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
· Experience working in Japan or knowledge of Japanese culture and customs is an advantage.
· Flexibility to work in a seasonal, mountainous environment.
