JOB DESCRIPTION
Onboarding & Offboarding
· Conduct onboarding programs for new hires
· Manage exit interviews and formalities for resigning employees
HR Management
· Oversee contract renewals for contract employees
· Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (SQEMS)
· Support department managers on HR-related matters
Employee Communication
· Educate employees on HR related matters
· Address inquiries related to HR
Payroll
· Basic Payroll Management would be added advantage
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 4+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource.
· In-depth knowledge of HR practices and Malaysia employment laws
· Should be able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
