HR EXECUTIVE (FOREIGN WORKERS)

- Assist the Assistant HR & Admin manager in managing the effective and ethical recruitment of foreign workers. This includes interview arrangement and selection in accordance with Company policy
- Organizing, updating and maintaining proper records, files and database
- To conduct pre-departure interview for foreign workers to ensure that Zero Recruitment Fee are complied
- To conduct new employee (foreign workers) onboarding program and conduct exit interview for foreign workers
- Responsible in conducting after 6 months verification to ensure compliance with Zero Recruitment Fee
- Assist in preparing the Employment Contract, Offer Letter, & Appointment Letter for the foreign workers
- In-charge of bank arrangement for foreign workers (bank account opening, bank card replacement, bank account closure)
- Manage and ensure reimbursement of recruitment fee are paid accurately and accordingly with timely manner
- Liaise with related government agencies and Embassies on foreign workers’ matter
- To conduct due diligence on agencies and suppliers on yearly basis
- Responsible in preparing foreign workers appraisal form/survey and liaise with Operation Team to conduct Foreign Workers work permit renewal survey and ensure result are received and compiled within deadline for Management reviews.
- Ensure foreign workers work permit are renewed prior to expiry
- Assist in arranging the Fomema Medical Check-up for foreign workers
- Manage the foreign workers repatriation process and ensure it is compliance to the local laws and regulations
- Assist in preparation of related report such as JTK PA1/13 & JTK PA2/13
- Work closely with Foreign Worker Affairs, IR, and Hostel team members on related matters to foreign workers
- To participate and involved actively in Company’s audit exercise e.g. WCA audit, Customer audit, CSER
- To check and submit all invoices related to foreign workers
- General administration task such as office supplies monitoring, ordering
- WOVO apps agent
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum qualification minimum Diploma or Degree in similar industry
- At least 5 years’ experience in related field
- Possess verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Sound knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and other related employment laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
