Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Assist, execute and implement the full spectrum of HR function, including assist in payroll processing and compensation & benefits
• Manage all HR records and ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively
• Prepare HR correspondence such as appointment letter, renewal, probation, staff movement and staff resignation / termination of service etc
• Oversee and concern for the welfare and benefits of the company
• Assist in identification and analysis of staff training, development and career support needs
• Assist in staff engagement and company's event / CSR projects

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
• Computer literate and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in Employment Act/ IR Act is an added advantage
