HR/ Payroll Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for daily customer service operations, delivering high-quality service according to Marco’s requirements. EXPERIENCE WITH ACCENTURE IS PREFERRED.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR and payroll operations for the company’s Clients in Malaysia, including Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits & insurance, Employee data and document records, Expense policies and procedures, Country specific time off policies, Privacy/data protection, Offboarding.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, message, and call, covering topics such as overseas visa applications for employees, onboarding and offboarding processes, reimbursement procedures, and local employment policies aboard.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction with our solutions.
- Accurately and promptly record and track cases to achieve relevant service performance metrics.
- Provide high quality service to recruit, maintain, and manage customers, ensuring the achievement of service and sales goals.
- Adhere to global guidelines, comply with service processes, and improve service efficiency and convenience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent execution capabilities.
- Strong multitasking abilities and self-learning capability.
- EXPERIENCE WITH ACCENTURE IS PREFERRED.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
