1. Hire the right candidate for the right position within the given time frame.
2. Conduct the entire interview process, including phone interviews, first interviews, and shortlisting talents for hiring managers.
3. Enhance and update the latest information such as policies, procedures, issuing letters, employee handbook, performance appraisal/tracking, and other HR-related documents.
4. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
5. Ensure the annual operation license with the government is renewed, and handle license holder and REN Tag applications.
6. Liaise with agency and government if necessary
7. Assits in company event if necessary
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
