Role Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle pre-employment processes.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelors degree
• Proven experience as a Recruiter. (HR experience will not be considered)
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Target oriented candidate will demonstration will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa & Mandarin
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday, Linked In Employer, Success Factors, or any in house tracking system
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in recruiting for specific industries or roles (e.g., tech, sales).
