To provide prompt personalized service to call-in enquiries and feedback from customers.
· To deliver accurate information and efficient service in answering request, providing information and resolving issues on services for customers.
· To ensure completion of coordination of each case.
· To listen and understand customer requests and questions
Experiences and skills required:
Entry level applicants with positive attitude will be considered as training will be provided.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· SPM/SPVM/SKM/Diploma/Degree.
· Computer literate with the ability to quickly adapt to CRM system.
· Good spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak other local language is an added advantage
· Excellent telephone communication skill.
· Outstanding customer service skills, highly customer focused, with a desire to resolve each customers issue.
· Dicipline, a team player, pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
· Willing to work a rotational shifts (Female morning shift)
