Key Responsibilities:
Online Sales Management:

• Oversee and improve online sales channels, including the company website, e-commerce platforms and social media.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase online sales and meet sales targets.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer CRM and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers with product info, order, payment and delivery.

Qualifications:
Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in online sales or sales service
• Familiarity with e-commerce

Skills:

• Good problem-solving skills and patience
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• SPM or higher
