JOB PROFILE
We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Executive to expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. You will identify their needs, demands and sell accordingly.
The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure and preserve our company’s prestige, revenues and growth.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or improve existing ones.
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals.
• Appraise and re-assess the insurance policy needs and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
• Prepare reports for management on success of business endeavors as well as current insurance industries related market trends and best practices.
• Check and compile insurance claims and productions on quarterly basis to plan and give proper advice to customers for improvements.
• Frequently update job-specific knowledge and keep abreast of industry new products and apply it on the field.
• Deliver approved policies to new and existing clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy as well as to keep personal touch with customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous working experience as an Insurance Sales Executive preferably.
• Well organized with good time management abilities.
• Good understanding of insurance plans including motor, fire, property, medical and other related
• Goal oriented, resilient spirit and persistent nature.
• Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings.
• Diploma in Insurance or BA or BSc Degree.
