Job Description
- Organize, maintain, and update the People database.
- Prepare reports and presentations with guidance from the Senior People Business Partner or HRBP Senior Manager.
- Support the organization of events and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in creating key visuals and digital materials for HR initiatives.
- Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to the People Team.
- Handle ad hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, with strong interpersonal, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-starter and creative thinker.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Canva (or similar creative tools).
- Preferably able to commit to a 6-month internship.
