RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the administrative team in day-to-day tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and general office organization
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and interoffice communications
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
• Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Assisting in the planning of company events
• Coordinating new hire orientations
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/HR or equivalent
• Computer literacy & proficient in Microsoft Office
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Organize, able to work independently and as a team, able to take own initiatives, and able to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
