Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware peripherals, software, networks, servers and business applications
· Setting up computer hardware peripherals and performing server installations, administration and maintenance when required
· Ensure all hardware peripherals are updated/ installed with latest security patches/ antivirus to prevent security risks
· Hardware and software inventory upkeep to ensure inventory accuracy
· Performing and monitoring daily data backup
· Liaising with external parties on IT issues and purchases
· Provide 24/7 offsite support to other global offices.
· Search engine optimization
· Website design and maintenance
· Social media content creation
· Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
· Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Studies/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field of study
· First Point of Contact: Handle correspondence to all IT matters
· Skills: Exhibit initiative, multitasking ability, independence, hard work, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
· Interpersonal Skills: Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
· Language: Able to speak and understand English.
· Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
· Communication: Excellent communication skills.
· Problem Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
· Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
· Confidentiality: Capable of handling highly detailed and confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
