Junior and Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

- Responsible to achieve individual sales target and group sales target.
- Guide, assist and follow up with purchaser for the completion of sales transaction from booking, loan application up to SPA execution.
- Liaise and monitor processes with purchasers, bankers, lawyers, sales admin department and other relevant party effectively within stipulated period to ensure smooth flow of sales process.
- Prepare sales reports and sales activities report periodically to Immediate superior. Prepare other relevant report and documentation as required by the management as well.
- Coordinate and organise sales launches, roadshows and promotional activities from time to time.
- Any other duties or ad-hoc task that maybe assigned by the management.
- Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in property sales .
- Result oriented and aggressive in sales.
- Excellent in customer services.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- APDL submission to KPKT
- Able to develop pricing for Intergrated development products
- Liaise with creative agency for marketing collateral, scale model,
- Planning event and property Roadshow
- Market research on property development
- Good in Excel and power point presentation
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
- Work location based in Johor Bahru.
- Malaysia citizen.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
