Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to underwriting policies, procedures and standards.
• Obtain confirmation of No Claim Discount (NCD) information from Insurance Services Malaysia (ISM).
• Reconfirm NCD with discrepancy.
• Accept cancellation and NCD recovery cases.
• Confirm No Claim Bonus from previous insurers.
• Prepare Clawback report, NCD Change report, endorsement reject & vehicle chassis validation to send to HQ.
• Prepare short payment letter.
• Check on policy listing against Accuterm system and inform agent to append the vehicle number.
• Answer phone calls from agents, insured and HQ.
• Handle agent's refer risk inquiries as a backup.

Requirements:

• SPM Holder
• Preferably with relevant underwriting experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
