The Role:
As a KOL & Community Manager, you’ll lead our influencer partnerships, grow our online communities, and coordinate engaging cat-centric events. Your playground? Platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Little Red Book, Lemon8, and our vibrant Whats App community. Bring your creativity and strategy to Pawmised Land and help us reach new heights!
What You'll Do:
KOL/Influencer Marketing

• Scout and connect with passionate KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors who love cats as much as we do.
• Build meaningful relationships that lead to impactful collaborations.
• Negotiate partnerships with a keen eye on shared success.
• Plan and launch KOL campaigns that resonate, drive brand awareness, and get tails wagging.
• Monitor campaign performance, ensuring goals are met and insights are shared.

Affiliate Management

• Recruit and nurture Tik Tok affiliates and partners who align with our mission.
• Motivate and support affiliates, optimizing their content for maximum engagement.

Event Management

• Be the maestro behind KOL presence at Pawmised Land events – from coordination to execution.
• Organize on-site activities that keep attendees engaged and buzzing about the brand.
• Ensure seamless influencer interactions and product showcases at events.

Whats App Community Engagement

• Lead our Whats App community with engaging content and timely responses.
• Develop and refine community strategies that build loyalty and excitement.
• Keep track of engagement metrics to keep our community thriving.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

• Partner with internal teams and external creatives to amplify our campaigns.
• Track, report, and adapt campaign strategies based on performance data.
• Drive innovative KOL campaigns that showcase Pawmised Land's unique story.

Relationship Building

• Nurture long-lasting relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners.
• Act as the voice and advocate of Pawmised Land within our network, ensuring consistent and enthusiastic brand messaging.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG or a similar field.
• Proven history with influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and community building.
• Event coordination skills that shine under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Malay for effective communication.
• Proficiency in navigating social platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Little Red Book, Lemon8, and Whats App.
• Analytical skills and a keen eye for emerging trends in influencer marketing.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
