  • Junior Executive / Executive
Job Description
  • Content Creation: Work together with our Social Media Strategist to create compelling content across all platforms. From catchy social media posts to engaging blog articles, your words will help shape our digital presence.
  • Copywriting: Write, edit, and proofread content with a sharp eye for detail. Showcase your skills with a sample of your best work (you’ll have a chance to shine here!).
  • SEO Basics: Implement basic SEO techniques to enhance the visibility of our content. We’ll support you with tools and training to help you grow.
  • Graphic Design: Utilize your mid-level graphic design skills to create eye-catching visuals for our campaigns. Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is ideal.
  • Marketing Admin: Assist with various marketing administrative tasks—think of it as the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps everything running smoothly.
  • Video Content: If you’ve got experience or interest in creating videos, that’s a bonus! We love a good video to spice up our content strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field and you’re ready to put your knowledge into practice..
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Seasoned Pros Welcome: If you’re a professional looking to switch careers or industries, we’re open to your experience and fresh perspective.
  • Excellent English Skills: Your command of English language is top-notch, and you’re able to craft content that captivates and informs. Additional languages spoken across Southeast Asia and Chinese (simplified) are a huge advantage.
  • Proactive Attitude: You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them. If you spot a chance to improve something, you dive right in.
  • Kind Spirit & Professionalism: You’re friendly, approachable, and always professional. A good heart goes a long way with us.
  • Graphic Design Skills: You’re comfortable with design tools and have a portfolio to prove it. Bonus points if you have a knack for making things look fantastic!
  • Social Media Savvy: If you’re already a social media influencer or have experience managing social media channels, that’s a huge plus!
  • Bonus Skills: Video content creation and editing skills are a cherry on top. If you can bring a little extra flair to our video content, we’ll be thrilled.
  • Having experience in Legal Firm is advantage.
