Junior Planner

-To plan and coordinate production schedule
-To coordinate production work orders for one or more products.
-Working in support of production to meet the production targets and dateline
-Daily production coordination and scheduling to meet customer's delivery on time i.e process of order received, work in process and delivery.
-Management of planning &scheduling ( Raw Material, Inventory & Logistics)
-To coordinate and work closely and updated with all related departments
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Shipping/Purchasing department on all issues in the process of sales orders.
-Liaise with Marketing, Production QA, and Shipping / Purchasing to ensure on time container delivery to the customer
-Liaised with the shipping department for deliver of shipments and coordinated with other factories for combined shipment orders.
-Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on the status of each sales order and order packing materials accordingly.
-Liaising with QA/Marketer for the arrangement of inspection and ensuring the Packing list is all done/prepared/ signed before inspection.
-Ensure smooth running of the packing department and the packing activity is cost -effective and operates effectively.
- Assign to do any adhoc task from time to time.
Requirement:
-Candidate most posses at least a Diploma , Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree, any field
-Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin or etc
-At least 1-2 years above of working experience in manufacturing industry .
-Must know EXCEL and have soft skill in planning, coordinating , communication, problem solving and etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
